Michael Harris

Michael Harris is a partner of Harris & Harris. He holds Bachelor degrees from Macquarie University in Applied Finance and Law (Honours), and is admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales.

Michael commenced his legal career in the structured property finance group at Clayton Utz, before joining the securitisation team at Mallesons Stephen Jaques in 2003. He then gained experience in the commercial litigation group at Mallesons before joining Harris & Harris in early 2004.

Michael is experienced in various areas of property, corporate and commercial advice and litigation. His client base includes various transnational and foreign companies; servicing those clients in a wide range of transactions and disputes.
