Michael Harris is a Solicitor and Associate of Harris & Harris. He holds Bachelor degrees from Macquarie University in Applied Finance and Law (Honours), and is admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales.

Michael was previously employed in the Structured Property Finance group at Clayton Utz, before joining the Securitisation group at Mallesons Stephen Jaques, where he was subsequently employed as a Solicitor in the Commercial Litigation group. He joined Harris & Harris in early 2004.

Michael is experienced in various areas of commercial advice and litigation, particularly the sale and acquisition of businesses across a range of industry groups. He represents property developers and financiers, providing both transactional and dispute resolution services.
